A key feature we had to keep in mind is the thickness. This watch strap replacement is for a lady’s watch that has a tiny face.

Just completed hand stitching, using size 532 Lin Cable thread. Edge of the watch strap is still raw and yet to be dyed and polished.

Replacing the watch strap
One can see the underside of the original strap peeling. It is PU, ie plastic, and not leather.
